Tour leader David has shown great concern and service to the well-being of all members. Tour guide Qiqi is able to bond well with all members and keep all happy. Time spent at each location is excellent!

We are just back from our trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. We did indeed pray for good weather (with a little help from a priest in Siem Reap).The hotels in Siem Reap (Aviary) and Hoi An (Boutique resort) were excellent, but La Casa in Hanoi was so-so (we would have liked somewhere more central).The cruise (on Paradise Elegant) in Halong Bay was also outstanding (accommodations, catering and hospitality).

Shao Cheng, who has fantastically help planned, advised and customized our Vietnam/Cambodia private tour. As we wanted to cover many places in very little time, he gave good recommendations of the must-visit places and how to plan our route given our tight schedule. He even took the liberty of planning the restaurants we go to and the menu (dietary restrictions). He followed up with us during our actual tour and responded to feedback, making immediate rectifications. The local tour guides he engaged speak good English and were helpful too. Since our tour was a customized one, we were able to choose our preferred hotels and cruise boats. We also omitted some of the factory visits which aim was just to push sales and souvenirs.

Great trip to Vietnam via the 5 days central Vietnam and Bana hills tour. The Hotel was very nice and comfortable, very nice breakfast, lunch and dinner. Tour leader and tour guide were very friendly and caring. Very enjoyable tour. Highly recommended!

Hotels generally have no hook to hang clothing. One hotel has no shower rack to even put our shampoo /bath lotion- had to put on the floor. Good for yr agency to consider giving hooks with rubber base & a hagig toiletry bag for example instead of the folding travel bag as company
