To safeguard the well-being of guests and employees, all visitors are required to undergo temperature screening and complete the declaration form before entering the premises. We regret that visitors will be denied entry if diagnosed with fever or other related COVID-19 symptoms or have recent travel history within the last 14 days. In view of latest COVID-19 travel advisory by the Ministry of Health Singapore on 15 March 2020 on deferring all non-essential travel abroad with immediate effect for next 30 days, all tours operated by the company based on group departures from 15 March to 30 April 2020 have been temporarily suspended. We will be contacting all affected customers progressively, starting with those with more immediate departures within the week, before original scheduled departures to assist with new tour arrangements based on full credit of monies paid redeemable against all new bookings for travel by 30 June 2021. All cancellation and administrative fees will be waived. For tours departing from 1 May 2020, we are monitoring the situation closely and will be adjusting our interim terms and conditions accordingly to accord maximum flexibility. For all other travel bookings, affected customers will also be contacted and advised of your options. Your safety and patronage are important to us. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
